Q: Why do you need my Twitter username and password?
A: So that we can do our work! We log into your account and scout out likely followers in your niche. We can't do that from outside your account.
Q: Are my details safe with you?
A: We have a very strict privacy policy and only keep your username and password on file as long as we are working for you. Once we're finished your details are deleted from our system. We will never give anyone else access to any of your personal details and will never tell anyone we increased followers for you.
Q: How do you gather targeted twitter followers?
A: We look at the interests people have mentioned, what they tweet about and who they follow. This combination of factors gives us a pretty good idea of who might be interested in your tweets.
Q: Do I need to keep following these new users once you've increased my followers?
A: No, but some people will unfollow you if you unfollow them. However lots of people will never notice. If you don't need to, we'd recommend you don't.
Q: I don't want to get my account banned, is this against Twitter's terms of service?
A: We've never had a single account banned and we do everything possible to abide by Twitter's terms of service - everything we do could be done by you if you had the time. There are no dirty tricks employed. That being said we cannot make any guarantees about your account because certain factors are outside our control - if we're adding followers for you while you spam links to porn sites you might well get banned, but it wouldn't be our fault!
Q: I want more than 5000 followers (or x number of followers each month). Do you have any packages that would suit me?
A: Quite a few of our customers have transitioned to larger / recurring orders. Get in touch and we'll see what we can do for you.
